AGAWA CANYON TOUR - A one day wilderness train tour enables you to enjoy superb scenery while taking an old-fashioned train ride to Agawa Canyon. The trip terminates 114 miles north of Sault Ste. Marie, in Agawa Canyon, the very heart of Algoma country, where an hour and a half stop over provides you with the opportunity to photograph the many waterfalls and rocky cliffs. Here you may climb to the lookout, explore the nature trails, picnic or just relax in the fine natural park beside the Agawa River. Tickets may be purchased in advance. All tickets are sold based on seat availability. For those who do not purchase advance tickets, they may be purchased the day prior or the morning of train departure, when available. TOUR OF THE LINE - Travel the entire length of the railway line with an overnight stay in the French Canadian town of Hearst, Ontario. This tour requires two days, although travellers may, if they wish, remain in Hearst for a longer period. THE SNOW TRAIN - A one day winter wonderland tour that operates Saturdays only, January through mid-March. Travel through Agawa Canyon locked in the grip of winter. See the awesome ice encrusted north portal. A panorama of sparkling ice and snow awaits you. Weather conditions do not permit a stop over.
